Youth Ministry

Welcome to St. Joseph Youth Ministry!

MAKE DISCIPLES WHO MAKE DISCIPLES: THAT’S OUR PURPOSE.

We offer programming founded upon the Good News of Jesus Christ with a profound devotion to His Sacred Heart and a love of our Mother, to whom we are consecrated. We facilitate authentic encounter with the living God through a ministry that is rooted in intentional discipleship, authentic friendship, and joyful fun. Our team is constantly seeking to reach all teens where they are and call them to more.

LUKE 18 2024: Thirst

March 1-3, 2024 | St. Pius x High School

The Luke 18 retreat offers all 8th graders the opportunity to take a step back from everyday life to prayerfully consider who they are and who God is calling them to be. The retreat is led by our adult Core Team and High School volunteers. The talks are given by current High Schoolers, allowing for an opportunity to hear words of wisdom from older teenagers who have allowed the Lord to work His wonders in their own lives. This year our Luke 18 is scheduled for March 1-3, 2024 and will be hosted at St. Pius X High School. We are preparing to accommodate 8th graders from any parish, present for any reason. REGISTRATION can be found here. We hope you’ll come join us!

ITE AD IOSEPH: GO TO JOSEPH!

Under the patronage of St. Joseph, we seek to humbly follow God’s will for our ministry, moving when and where the Lord directs. We look to St. Joseph as our model, our guide, and our strong intercessor. We’re constantly trying to improve, making bold moves in pursuit of Jesus Christ. We love the Lord, and we want our teens to as well!

SJYM always has an open door, so if you’re new or it has been a while, know that you are always welcome here!
Our new Youth Room, is located on the lower level of Holy Family Hall, through the door directly across from the school.
